Sahih Bukhari Hadith No 2806 in Urdu
انہوں نے بیان کیا کہ انس بن نضر رضی اللہ عنہ کی ایک بہن ربیع نامی رضی اللہ عنہا نے کسی خاتون کے آگے کے دانت توڑ دیئے تھے ‘ اس لیے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان سے قصاص لینے کا حکم دیا۔ انس بن نضر رضی اللہ عنہ نے عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ! اس ذات کی قسم جس نے آپ کو حق کے ساتھ نبی بنایا ہے ( قصاص میں ) ان کے دانت نہ ٹوٹیں گے۔ چنانچہ مدعی تاوان لینے پر راضی ہو گئے اور قصاص کا خیال چھوڑ دیا ‘ اس پر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ اللہ کے کچھ بندے ہیں کہ اگر وہ اللہ کا نام لے کر قسم کھا لیں تو اللہ خود ان کی قسم پوری کر دیتا ہے۔
Hadith No 2806 in Arabic
وَقَالَ إِنَّ أُخْتَهُ وَهِيَ تُسَمَّى الرُّبَيِّعَ كَسَرَتْ ثَنِيَّةَ امْرَأَةٍ ، فَأَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالْقِصَاصِ ، فَقَالَ أَنَسٌ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَالَّذِي بَعَثَكَ بِالْحَقِّ لَا تُكْسَرُ ثَنِيَّتُهَا فَرَضُوا بِالْأَرْشِ وَتَرَكُوا الْقِصَاصَ ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : إِنَّ مِنْ عِبَادِ اللَّهِ مَنْ لَوْ أَقْسَمَ عَلَى اللَّهِ لَأَبَرَّهُ .
Hadith No 2806 in English
He stated that one of the sisters of Anas bin Nazr (RA) named Rabi (RA) had broken the front teeth of a woman, so the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) ordered to take revenge from her. Anas bin Nazr, may Allah be pleased with him, said, O Messenger of Allah! By Him who made you a prophet with truth (in retribution) their teeth will not break. So the claimants agreed to take the ransom and gave up the idea of retribution. On this, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said that there are some servants of Allah that if they swear by the name of Allah, Allah will fulfill their oath. Gives.
